How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from your account under "My Orders."
What are your shipping times and costs?
Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 business days, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Since every piece is handmade, small natural variations aren't considered defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with popular digital wallets shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and set by your local authority.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Contact us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Our studio and showroom sits in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur — easy to reach, however you're travelling.
Tell your driver "Jhamsikhel, near the central square." Most rides from Thamel or the airport take 20–30 minutes depending on traffic.
Sajha Yatayat and micro buses running toward Pulchowk and Jawalakhel stop within a short walk of the studio. Ask to get off near Jhamsikhel Chowk.
If you're staying nearby in Pulchowk or Jawalakhel, it's a pleasant 10–15 minute walk through Jhamsikhel's café-lined streets.
